The conditions on the roads are awful everywhere and the snow is forecasted to keep falling throughout the games. Even with the cost of the tickets, trying to drive to the games just doesn't seem worth it, that's why teams will postpone games from time to time in the storms. And because you can't really talk about a lot of empty seats without mentioning the (sorry, low blow), they didn't have a lot of fans on hand (by Buffalo's standards, at least) for their game in cold and snowy Buffalo against the either.
