Moreover, sustainability and efficiency trends—such as using thinner films, reducing material waste and improving energy efficiency—underscore the importance of vapor deposition processes. As manufacturing moves toward more complex systems, hybrid materials and smarter surfaces, vapor deposition remains central in enabling next‑generation products, from high‑density chips to durable structural components.
