A hydraulic valve may look simple from the outside, but its internal design is quite important. Poor machining accuracy or inadequate sealing can result in internal leakage, unstable pressure, slow actuator movement, or inconsistent operation.

Contamination is another issue worth paying attention to. Small particles in hydraulic oil can damage sensitive internal surfaces and affect valve performance. For this reason, proper filtration and regular maintenance should be considered alongside valve selection.
